Voxori Calendar

One calendar for phone, website and front desk. Built in, no separate booking tool.

No calendar of your own, or want everything in one place? Voxori Calendar is the source of truth for your services, staff, opening hours and appointments. The assistant, the booking widget and the appointment links book only into it.

It is in every plan (Flex, Base and Complete) and is on by default for new customers, matched to their industry. Prefer to keep your own Google Calendar? That still works.

One source of truth, no double bookings

You manage services, staff, opening hours, exceptions and rules in the customer portal. Because the assistant on the phone, the widget on your website and the appointment links all write into the same calendar, a time slot cannot be given out twice.

An appointment is only called booked once the calendar confirms it. With approval mode on, the assistant says only that the request has been passed on until you approve it, never that the appointment is booked.

If your Google Calendar is connected, it automatically receives a mirror copy of confirmed appointments; there is nothing extra to set up. Voxori Calendar remains the source. That copy is best-effort and never blocks a booking.

You manage in the portal yourself: creating, moving, cancelling and marking appointments as no-show, plus services, staff, opening hours and exceptions. Setting up a deposit and an Outlook link (on request) go through Voxori.

What it does

Voxori Calendar, concretely.

Drag in the calendar

You move an appointment by dragging it to another time.

Recurring appointments

Weekly, every two weeks or monthly, up to 52 times. Each occurrence is checked for availability separately.

Approval mode

For everything or per service. A request only counts as confirmed after you approve it.

ICS feed

Follow your appointments in Google, Apple or Outlook through a feed link.

Customer file

Keep notes and preferences per customer, next to the appointment history.

Reports

Number of appointments, cancellations, no-shows, occupancy and appointments per source.

Honestly bounded

What Voxori Calendar is not

A calendar should be honest about its edge:

Outlook sync is on request only. We do not yet run that integration with real accounts, so we promise nothing about it. Through the ICS feed you can still follow your appointments in Outlook.

The mirror to Google Calendar is best-effort. Once your Google Calendar is connected, the mirror runs by itself; there is no separate setting. If a copy fails, it is retried later and the appointment simply stays in Voxori Calendar meanwhile. That is the source, not the copy.

It is not a till or accounting system. There is no link to a till or to accounting software, and we make no promises about that.

Approval is your action. As long as you have not approved a request, the assistant never calls it booked.

What does it cost?

Voxori Calendar is in every plan (Flex, Base and Complete) and has no separate monthly amount. Voxori Plan, Tafel and Salon are part of Complete. Current prices are on the pricing page.
